No. Convo proxies the submission directly to the backend you chose (your Google Sheet via Forms, your Excel via Microsoft Forms, your webhook endpoint). We do not retain response payloads. On Enterprise we offer an audit-only mode where metadata is logged for compliance, but the answers themselves still flow straight through.
Our adapter pattern isolates the parser. If Google changes the public schema, we update the parser in the edge layer without touching your Convo deployment. We also support the official Microsoft Graph API for Microsoft Forms, which is more stable.
Every AI-generated moment is sent to Propozel Core for validation before it reaches the responder. Core checks the content against the brand knowledge base, the verified pricing list, the documented product manifest, and the tone of voice profile. If any check fails the moment is suppressed and a fallback (a hand-written line you set) is used instead. On Enterprise this fail-closed behaviour is auditable per event.
Yes. Because your responses live in your original Sheet or Excel, walking away from Convo means deleting our subdomain link. Your form data stays where it has always been. This is intentional — we never want to hold your data hostage.
Voice is in beta on the v3 horizon. The Web Speech API foundation runs today in browsers. The Whisper-powered version with ElevenLabs voice synthesis ships in early 2027. Voice usage is metered per minute and bundled into Pro and Enterprise.
USD is the default invoicing currency globally. At checkout, Vietnamese customers can switch to VND parity (rate refreshed monthly) and pay via local rails. Enterprise contracts can be invoiced in either currency.
