Terms of service

Effective 2 September 2026

The service

Propozel Convo ("Convo") is operated by Propozel, Vietnam. Convo renders a public Google Form as a conversational experience and relays answers back to that form. It is in beta and provided as-is: features may change, be paused or be removed while we build. By creating a Convo, signing in, or using a Convo link you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Your form and your content

You may only paste a form you own or are authorised to use, and it must be set to "Anyone with the link". You are responsible for the questions in it, for the data respondents send to your Google Sheet, and for complying with the laws that apply to collecting that data. You are also responsible for every line shown to respondents, including the AI-written moments: you can read, edit, regenerate or replace each of them in the editor before the link goes live.

Accounts and admin links

A Convo account is a Propozel account. Keep your credentials and your private edit links to yourself; anyone with an admin link can edit that Convo. Signing in to keep a Convo revokes its guest admin link.

Acceptable use

Do not use Convo for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful; do not impersonate another person or brand; do not collect sensitive personal data you are not permitted to collect; do not send automated or bulk submissions through the relay; and do not try to reach other people's Convos, bypass limits, or interfere with the service.

Pausing and removal

We may pause or disable a Convo link, or an account, when we believe these terms are being broken, when a form owner asks us to, or when the law requires it. You can pause or delete your own Convos at any time from Your Convos or the editor.

AI-generated text

Moments are generated by a language model from your form and the brand material you provide. They can be wrong or off-tone. Review them before publishing; what you publish is yours.

No warranty

Convo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Google may change its Forms pages at any time, which can break parsing or submission until we update the connector.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propozel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of Convo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free beta is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of Vietnam unless the law where you live gives you protections that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@propozel.com.
